Founded on May 16, 1978 with seventy-six (76) stockholders pooling their resources to address the socio-economic needs of the municipality of Paracale as its priority target.
As catalyst of growth, from our Head Office in Paracale we have at present two (2) owned office branches in the two biggest municipalities in the province of Camarines Norte – Labo and Daet and three (3) Microfinance Banking Offices in Jose Panganiban, Calauag, and Tagkawayan Quezon.
We cater to the financial needs of the province by offering deposit services, working capital financing through short and medium terms and a participant in the alleviation poverty program of the government with the micro financing program of the bank.
In 2014 the Bank transferred its office to the newly constructed owned office building in San Antonio Street, Paracale from rented old office building in Candelaria Street, Paracale, Camarines Norte.
In 2015, the Bank formalized opening of the three (3) Micro Banking Offices located at Tagkawayan and Calauag Quezon and Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte. MBO Tagkawayan Quezon covers the areas of Del Gallego Camarines Sur and Tagkawayan Quezon, while MBO Calauag Quezon covers the areas of Lopez Quezon, Calauag Quezon and some areas of Guinayangan Quezon and MBO Jose Panganiban covers the areas of Jose Panganiban Camarines Norte specially the rural areas. MBOs had been established to extend banking services to unbanked micro clients.
RBP has three (3) offices in Paracale, Labo and Daet with branch-lite units in Jose Panganiban, Calauag and Tagkawayan.

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Bachelor of Science in Animal Husbandry at G. Araneta University Foundation. Serving as Director since 1999. Former Loan Officer of the Rural Bank of Paracale from 1979 to 1988 and currently a Director of Rufino FUlong Pawnshop since 1988.
MR. NORMAN A. BALITBIT
DIRECTOR / PRESIDENT
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Bachelor of Arts at De La Salle University in Manila. Serving as Director since 2003 until elected as the President. Former Vice President for Finance at Metro Drug Distribution Incorporated on 1990- 1999.

A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at University of the East. Served as Director from 2014 to 2016 and as an Independent Director on 2017. Owner of JEL since 1995.
MS. JANET D. EREÑO
DIRECTOR / CREDIT MANAGER
A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management at the Mabini College Serving as a Director since 2021. She is also serving as the Credit Manager of the Institution since 2016.
MR. BENJAMIN FRIAS

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Accounting at the University of the East. Serving as Chairman of the Board since 2012. A Former President of P&F Mineral Experts Corporation on 2003 – 2017 and owner of the FRIAZ Farm Resort located at P-8 Tugos, Paracale. Camarines Norte.

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering Angeles University Foundation. Serving as Director since 2006 . Former Sales Engineer at Poongsan Microtech Corporation on 2006 -2007 and currently the owner of Works and Concepts Enterprise established on 2010.

Doctor of Medicine gradute from Far Eastern University and a Certified Family Physician. Serving as Director since 1999. Owner and Physician at Dr. Gina H Lim Children’s Medical and Surgical Clinic.
MS. DELIA M.RAMIREZ
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at National University. Serving as Director since 2012. A partner of Moreno Copra Dealer since 1977 and owner of DMR Commercial Building since 1978.
